By using BoostMyBrand you agree to use the platform for lawful brand promotion only. We deliver AI-assisted creative work; you retain full commercial rights to delivered assets after payment is settled.

You may not submit content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or impersonates third parties.

We store your account info, brand details, and ad requests securely. We never sell your data. Competitor URLs you submit are scraped server-side only to inform AI prompts.

Generated visuals may appear in our public Gallery for up to 7 days unless you opt out from your dashboard.

Each plan includes free revisions. If we cannot deliver an acceptable ad after the included revisions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment via support@boostmybrand.ai.

Refunds are processed back to the original Razorpay payment method within 5-7 business days.
